Chapramari Wildlife Sanctuary

Chapramari forest in Western Dooars is famous for its abundance for Indian elephants. Chapramari Wildlife Sanctuary has only 9.6 sq. km covered area. It is located on the northern side of Gorurama National Park in the Nagrakata block of Jalpaiguri district and on the eastern block of river Murti.

Dhupjhora Elephant Camp / Gachbari

Dhupjhora in Dooars is situated on the south Gorumara forest range and on the western bank of Murti river. Dhupjora Elephant Camp popularly known as Gachbari or tree house is an unique concept of eco-tourism by the forest department.

Kalipur Eco Village

Kalipur Eco Village is a unique example for eco-tourism in Dooars. Located at the heart of Gorumara National Park and on the upper reaches of the flood plains of Murti and Jaldhaka rivers, Kalipur Eco Village is enriched with abundant nature and wild lives.

Gorumara National Park

Gorumara National Park is a small forest area of around 80 sq. km located in Dooars region of Jalpaiguri district in West Bengal. Gorumara National Park is bordered by river Neora in the West and river Jaldhaka in the east . River Murti cutting through the jungle in the middle. The forest is famous for one-horned rhinos.

Suntaleykhola

Suntaleykhola is located on the bank of river Murti and few kms ahead of Samsing, is a village and a tourist spot in the Gorubathan CD block in the Kalimpong Sadar subdivision of Kalimpong District

Murti

Murti is around 18kms from our resort and is one of the most popular tourist spots in North Bengal. This place is named after the river Murti that streams through this region. Gorumara National Park and Chapramari forest are nearby locations to Murti. The place is famous for its serene atmosphere and it is surrounded by forests giving the place a calming vibe.

Samsing

Samsing offers one of the best view of nature, tea gardens and forests. Samsing is a small hill village and tourist spot in the Matiali, Malbazar subdivision of Jalpaiguri district of West Bengal situated at an elevation of 3000 ft in the foothills in between Jalpaiguri and Darjeeling districts border.

Bindu

Bindu is 22 kms away from Jhalong and the last village of West Bengal in India and Bhutan border.Bindu which is said to ship the best cardamom in the country after being dyed and processed. Dotted with pictorial sites along with serene ambiance Bindu is a must visit destination of Dooars if tourist wants to see the best of Dooars.

Chalsa

Chalsa is around 20kms from the resort the place and it is one of the most famous places in Dooars. The scenic beauty of the lush green forests is the highlight of Chalsa. Gorumara National Park, Chapramari Forest both are within short distances from this place and for these wildlife and different birds habitats are quite popular.

Jhalong

Jhalong is located 30 kms from Gorumara National Park on the bank of river Jaldhaka. It’s a small township famous for its natural beauty and Jaldhaka Hydro electric project.
